Silver washed, stamped alloy construction, second pattern, Luftwaffe eagle clutching a canted, swastika in one talon has a roughly, 65mm wingspan from wing tip to wing tip. Two original attachment prongs complete. No manufacturer markings.

#019 NSDAP Visor Cap Eagle

NSDAP Visor Cap Eagle, 1939 pattern, stamped alloy eagle, with a wing span of 65mm, who clutches a wreathed, mobile swastika in its talons. 98% of its original fire gilt is complete. To its hollow-backed reverse are fixed three attachment prongs. Reverse is well marked with embossed RZM logo with dual circular borders.

#020 DRKB PERSONNEL'S VISOR CAP INSIGNIA

Gilt washed, stamped alloy, 2 piece construction, oak-leaf wreath encompassing a third pattern DRKB insignia, as introduced in late 1935. The insignia consists of a gilt washed alloy oval with the embossed black silhouette of the Kyffhäuserbund monument, on a white field, surmounting a red field with a black mobile swastika on a white circular field.

#021 CRIMEAN CAMPAIGN SHIELD

Stamped alloy construction, shield with a bronze wash featuring a large embossed national eagle with out-stretched wings and a canted swastika to the top center situated above an embossed stylized map of the Crimean peninsula with the embossed dates, "1941-1942", and the impressed location, "Krim". The recessed "water" surrounding the peninsula has a subtly pebbled background field. The edge of the shield has a fine embossed line and a stepped down outer edge. The shield has no backing material or base plate. None of the original four soldered attachment prongs are intact (two holes punched from unknown mounting). No manufacturers markings.

'Stalingrad Cross' stamped metal device for the shoulder boards. This famous honory device was worn by Infantry Regiment 134 'Hoch und Deutschemeister' in recognition of the battle of Stalingrad. Worn by all soldiers of all ranks. Bottom of cross missing, blue inlay, and triple pronges remaining.

#031 NATIONAL PARTY DAY BADGE - 1937

Three male figures, nude from the waist up, holding aloft a stepped, four-tiered platform surmounted by an eagle with a wreathed, mobile swastika in its talons. A sprig of barley is to the right of the eagle, and a bunch of grapes on a vine wrapped around a vertical pole is to its left. To the base of the obverse is "Reichsparteitag 1937." The designer’s initials may be seen alongside the rightmost figure. A horizontal pin-back device is crimped to the reverse.

#033 May Day Badge 1939

Cast alloy badge to whose obverse face is the image of a young woman in a sheer dress dropping flowers from the bouquet cradled in her other arm. An eagle clutching a wreathed, mobile swastika is behind her, with a scroll emanating from it and passing under her, which reads "Ostmark," "Alt Reich" and "Sudetenland." "1. Mai 1939" arches over the eagle, and the designer’s initials may be seen beneath the second section of the scroll. The vertical pin-back device crimped to its reverse. This badge was the last of the Labor Day tinnies.

#034 NSDAP NATIONAL SEA TRAVEL DAY, COMMEMORATIVE BADGE, 1935

Aluminum badge roughly in the form of a horizontal oval, 42mm across. To its top is a soaring eagle clutching a wreathed, mobile swastika in its talons. To either side of the swastika is scrolled "Seefahrt" (Seafaring) and "Ist Not" (Is Necessary). The base of an anchor may be seen to the base of the surround, with "Tag Der Deutschen" (Day Of German) and "Seefahrt 25.26.5.1935" (Seafaring 25.26.5.1935) scrolled to either side. The central image on the badge is that of a three-quarter profiled, three-masted sailing vessel, under sail on rough seas. To the reverse is crimped a horizontal pin-back device.

Hollow struck, bronzed alloy badge featuring a male bust figure above the national eagle and swastika, with "19" and "34" to either side of the swastika, and a hammer to the left with a sickle to the right. The implements represent farm and industry. "Tag der Arbeit" (Day of Labor) arches along the top. The initials "RK," no doubt the designer’s, may be seen alongside the base of the sickle. A horizontal pin-back device is soldered to its reverse. No manufacturer markings.

Stamped brass election campaign donation badge, to whose obverse is "29. März 1936," with crossed oak leaves beneath it, and "Freiheit Und Brot" (Freedom And Bread) arching over it. A tab with a pin through it descends from the top of the reverse.

#037 DEUTSCHES FRAUENWERK MEMBERSHIP BADGE

Alloy badge takes the form of an inverted triangle. It features a black enameled central field, edged in silver, upon which is a silver washed mobile sunwheel swastika above a "Leben-rune" (Life-rune). The top silvered edge of the badge is wider than the sides and features the red enameled Gothic script, "Deutsches Frauenwerk." To the reverse, to either side of its vertical pin-back device, is an embossed RZM logo.

#039 SECOND PATTERN, "NS.-FRAUENSCHAFT" LEADER’S STAFF MEMBERSHIP BADGE

Die struck alloy construction, second pattern, Frauenschaft staff member’s lapel badge with blue and black enamel work finishes is in the form of an inverted triangle. The badge features a black enamel central field with Gothic script, "NS.-Frauenschaft", to the top edge. Positioned above a national eagle with spread wings, clutching a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons, which is positioned above a vertical, "Leben-rune", (Life rune). The central black enamel field is encompassed by a fine, mid-blue rayon border stripe, (small piece missing) indicating the political Ortsgruppen, (Local Level). Complete with original pinback device.

#041 SAAR REUNIFICATION BADGE - 1934

Stamped metal badge with a bronze wash, in the form of a octagon. "Deutsch Ist Die Saar" (German Is The Saar) follows the contours of the badge above an eagle clutching a wreathed, mobile swastika, which is itself above a pair of clasped hands, one with broken shackles on its wrist. A stepped plaque is behind the hands, with "1934" above them, and "Des Deutschen Ehre Ist Die Treue" (The Germans’ Honor Is Their Loyalty) beneath them. "RK," undoubtedly the designer’s initials, may be seen beneath the left hand. A horizontal pin-back device is soldered to its hollow-back reverse.

#042 NATIONAL LABOR DAY COMMEMORATIVE BADGE - 1935

A solid struck aluminum badge in the form of an oval. Arching across the top of the badge is "Tag Der Arbeit" (Day Of Labor), underneath of which are three figures - a heavy laborer with an apron and sledgehammer, a planner or supervisor with a rolled paper, and a farm worker with an apron and sheaves of barley. They represent the combined forces of labor, management and farm workers. Underneath the figures is an eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, the wreath partially descending below the limits of the oval, with "19" to one side of it and "35" to the other. The artist/designer’s initials, "RK," may be seen to the left above the eagle’s outstretched wing. To the reverse is a horizontal pin-back device. No manufacturer marking.

Stamped brass badge with Hitler’s profiled, disembodied head to its center, around which is scrolled "Ein Volk, " "Ein Reich," and "Ein Führer" (One People, One Nation, One Leader) separated by small, mobile swastikas. To the reverse, a 30mm metal pin is crimped into a folded-over tab descending from the top.

#046 Police donation pin - 1942

WWII German Police pin, metal construction. The design consisted of an eagle placed at the front of a wreath. The wings are fully extended. It is clutching a smaller wreath with a swastika placed inside it. A scroll with the date 1942 is placed centered under the swastika. No manufacturer markings. A spring-type pin is secured to the back.

#047 RAD CAP BADGE

Zinc production cap badge, 39mm tall and 48mm wide, being the RAD emblem of an upright spade head, whose vertically ribbed border is painted red, with a mobile swastika, cross-hatched and painted black, to its center, and with sprigs of barley extending upward from either side of the spade’s base. Attachments prongs are both missing. Reverse well marked with embossed "RAJD" logo in an inverted triangle, "Ges. Gesch", for Gesetzlich Geschützt, (Protected by Law), and "B & N 39".

WWII German Police pin, metal construction. The design consisted of an eagle placed at the front of a wreath. The wings are fully extended. It is clutching a smaller wreath with a swastika placed inside it. A scroll with the date 1942 is placed centered under the swastika. The back of the badge displays the number H2, which indicates the manufacturer. A spring-type pin is secured to the back.

Standard issue membership badge awarded to all personnel on acceptance as an official party member. Roughly 23mm diameter, die struck alloy badge NSDAP membership badge with multi-colored enamel work. Badge features a translucent red, circular outer border with embossed silvered script, "National-Sozialistiche-D.A.P.", encompassing a white enamel field with canted black enamel swastika. Pebbled field is visible below the translucent red enameled outer border. Complete with original pin back device.
