NS-RKB MEMBER'S BREAST EAGLE

Stamped
construction, left facing national eagle with a silver wash. The
eagle features out-stretched wings and is clutching a wreathed,
canted, swastika in its talons. The eagle has a Iron Cross superimposed
over crossed swords on its breast. The reverse of the eagle is
a mirror image of the obverse. The reverse has a soldered hinge,
a thin round horizontal pin and a catch. The reverse is well marked
with embossed numeral, "20", and, "Ges. Gesch.", indicating, Gesetzlich
Geschützt, (Protected by Law).

with embossed RZM logo with dual circular borders.

washed, stamped alloy, 2 piece construction, oak-leaf wreath encompassing
a third pattern DRKB insignia, as introduced in late 1935. The
insignia consists of a gilt washed alloy oval with the embossed
black silhouette of the Kyffhäuserbund monument, on a white field,
surmounting a red field with a black mobile swastika on a white
circular field.

CAMPAIGN SHIELD

Stamped
alloy construction, shield with a bronze wash featuring a large
embossed national eagle with out-stretched wings and a canted
swastika to the top center situated above an embossed stylized
map of the Crimean peninsula with the embossed dates, "1941-1942",
and the impressed location, "Krim". The recessed "water" surrounding
the peninsula has a subtly pebbled background field. The edge
of the shield has a fine embossed line and a stepped down outer
edge. The shield has no backing material or base plate. None of
the original four soldered attachment prongs are intact (two holes
punched from unknown mounting). No manufacturers markings.

pole is to its left. To the base of the obverse is "Reichsparteitag
1937." The designer’s initials may be seen alongside the rightmost

Cast
alloy badge to whose obverse face is the image of a young woman
in a sheer dress dropping flowers from the bouquet cradled in
her other arm. An eagle clutching a wreathed, mobile swastika
is behind her, with a scroll emanating from it and passing under
her, which reads "Ostmark," "Alt Reich" and "Sudetenland." "1.
Mai 1939" arches over the eagle, and the designer’s initials may
be seen beneath the second section of the scroll. The vertical
pin-back device crimped to its reverse. This badge was the last
of the Labor Day tinnies.

Aluminum
badge roughly in the form of a horizontal oval, 42mm across. To
its top is a soaring eagle clutching a wreathed, mobile swastika
in its talons. To either side of the swastika is scrolled "Seefahrt"
(Seafaring) and "Ist Not" (Is Necessary). The base of an anchor
may be seen to the base of the surround, with "Tag Der Deutschen"
(Day Of German) and "Seefahrt 25.26.5.1935" (Seafaring 25.26.5.1935)
scrolled to either side. The central image on the badge is that
of a three-quarter profiled, three-masted sailing vessel, under
sail on rough seas. To the reverse is crimped a horizontal pin-back
device.

lapel badge with blue and black enamel work finishes is in the
form of an inverted triangle. The badge features a black enamel
central field with Gothic script, "NS.-Frauenschaft", to the top
edge. Positioned above a national eagle with spread wings, clutching
a wreathed, canted, swastika in it’s talons, which is positioned
above a vertical, "Leben-rune", (Life rune). The central black
enamel field is encompassed by a fine, mid-blue rayon border stripe,
(small piece missing) indicating the political Ortsgruppen, (Local

on its wrist. A stepped plaque is behind the hands, with "1934"
above them, and "Des Deutschen Ehre Ist Die Treue" (The Germans’
Honor Is Their Loyalty) beneath them. "RK," undoubtedly the designer’s
initials, may be seen beneath the left hand. A horizontal pin-back
device is soldered to its hollow-back reverse.

LABOR DAY COMMEMORATIVE BADGE - 1935
|
A solid
struck aluminum badge in the form of an oval. Arching across the
top of the badge is "Tag Der Arbeit" (Day Of Labor), underneath
of which are three figures - a heavy laborer with an apron and
sledgehammer, a planner or supervisor with a rolled paper, and
a farm worker with an apron and sheaves of barley. They represent
the combined forces of labor, management and farm workers. Underneath
the figures is an eagle clutching a wreathed swastika, the wreath
partially descending below the limits of the oval, with "19" to
one side of it and "35" to the other. The artist/designer’s initials,
"RK," may be seen to the left above the eagle’s outstretched wing.
To the reverse is a horizontal pin-back device. No manufacturer
marking.

on top, which depicts a partial cogwheel with a hand clutching
a hammer that has a swastika on it. Below this is a quote from

der arbeit”. The date 1933 is seen below this, as is an eagle
and swastika. The reverse has a horizontal pin. Inscription at
